Cancellation policy

This policy covers the monthly plans sold on this store: Spotify Monthly and Social Growth. Everything else we sell is a one off purchase with nothing recurring.

How billing works

Monthly plans bill on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no notice period. Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page before you buy.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account on this store, before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future payments straight away. You can also email hello@badapple.digital and we will do it for you.

The month you have already paid for

Work starts immediately each month, so the payment for the month you are currently in is not normally refunded. The service runs to the end of that month and then stops. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will look at it properly rather than hide behind this paragraph.
