No jargon, no dashboard you will never log into, no monthly report nobody reads. This page is the whole path, start to finish: the £29 audit through to placements landing in your inbox, and then every question people ask before they buy.
What actually happens after you pay
The full path, from the audit to your first placements
Part oneIf you start with the audit£29
Buy the Artist Audit
Twenty nine pounds, one off. This one.
Fill in one short form
Emailed to you the second your payment goes through. Your name, your email and your Spotify artist link are the only things we insist on. Your Instagram or TikTok, anything coming out in the next fortnight and the track you most want working are all optional. Under two minutes.
We read the lot
Your Spotify profile, your release history, your socials and your last release, scored channel by channel. A person does this, not a tool.
The audit lands
Within three working days. Five things you can fix yourself this week for nothing, one recommended package with the reasoning behind it, and £50 off anything you buy in the next 30 days. If the honest answer is that you should not buy anything from us yet, it says that.
Plenty of people skip the audit, and that is fine. If you already know which track deserves better, go straight to part two. If you did buy the audit, your £50 comes off here.
Part twoThe campaignFrom £99
Pick the right one
Spotify Campaign for one track, one off. Spotify Monthly if you release every few months and want it handled every time. Social Growth if the problem is Instagram and TikTok rather than Spotify.
One more short form
Same as before, emailed the second you pay, and this time it asks which track you want worked. Already sent us this for the audit? Say so and we will use it.
We pitch
Your music goes to independent curators whose playlists are grown through advertising, so the people listening chose to follow a playlist. Pitching starts within 24 hours, or on release day if the track is not out yet.
Placements land in your inbox
Every playlist your track lands on, sent as it comes in, not held back for a report at the end of the month. Campaigns run four weeks, extended to six when a track is clearly moving.
Social Growth runs differently. There is no pitching: you keep making and posting your own content, and we run targeted daily engagement underneath it. It is the one thing we sell that needs access to your accounts, and you can revoke that at any time. We never post for you and we never write your content.
Everything people ask before buying
Bots, guarantees, timings, refunds, which one fits
Is this bots?
No. We pitch your music to real independent curators who grow their playlists by advertising them. The people who listen chose to follow a playlist. We do not buy streams, we do not run bot networks, and we do not pay for placement.
Will you guarantee me a certain number of playlists or streams?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Paying for guaranteed placement breaches Spotify’s terms, and the consequences land on you rather than on the company that sold it: withheld royalties, streams stripped from your public counts, and penalty fees from your distributor. We can tell you what we will do. We cannot promise what a curator will decide.
What do you actually need from me?
One short form, emailed the second you pay. Your name, your email and your Spotify artist link are the only things we insist on. Your Instagram or TikTok, anything coming out in the next fortnight and the track you most want working are all optional, though the more you give us the sharper the work is.
That is genuinely it. No Spotify login, no dashboard, no files to send. If the form does not land within a few minutes, check your spam and then email hello@badapple.digital and we will send it straight over.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Not for anything on the Spotify side. Every Spotify campaign runs entirely from your public artist link, and nobody here can log into your Spotify. Social Growth is the one exception, because engagement activity has to come from your own social account. We hold that access only while the service runs, and you can revoke it at any time.
Do I have to buy the audit before a campaign?
No. The audit is for people who are not sure what they need, or who want to see how we work before spending properly. If you already know which track deserves better, buy the campaign and skip it. Buying the audit first costs you nothing in the end, because the £50 credit is worth more than the £29.
Timing
How quickly does it start?
A campaign starts pitching within 24 hours of your track being live, or on release day if it is not out yet. An audit is in your inbox within three working days.
When will I see something?
Curators work to their own schedule, so we cannot put a date on the first add. Campaigns run four weeks, and we extend to six when a track is clearly moving.
Can I book before my song is out?
Yes. Send us everything ahead of time and we are ready to go the moment it goes public. We cannot pitch a track curators are unable to hear, so nothing goes out before release day.
My last release did nothing. Is it too late?
No, and this is most of what we do. A track that came out and went quiet is not a failed track, it is a track almost nobody has heard. Most promotion is aimed at release day and then stops, which is why so much good music is sitting there untouched.
Money
How does the audit credit work?
Buy the Artist Audit at £29 and you get £50 off anything you buy from us in the next 30 days. One per customer. The credit is worth more than the audit costs, which is deliberate.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Any time, from your own account, before your next billing date. No email, no retention call, no notice period.
Do I get a refund if it does not work?
Once pitching has begun the sale is final. Every campaign is built around one track, and the work and the cost both land at the start rather than spread across the four weeks. Cancel before we start, including before release day on a track that is not out yet, and you get everything back. That is also why the audit exists at £29: a cheap way to find out how we work before spending properly. If we think a campaign is wrong for you, we would rather say so first than take the money and deal with it later. Full detail in our terms and refunds.
Which one is right for me
I release about once a year. Which one?
A one off Spotify Campaign, not a monthly plan. Spotify Monthly is built for artists putting out at least one release every three months, because a plan only earns its money when there is something new to work with. We would rather tell you that than sell you a subscription you cancel in month two.
What about Instagram and TikTok?
That is Social Growth. You keep making and posting your own content, and we run the targeted daily engagement that gets it in front of the right people. We never post for you and we do not write your content. Setup takes about five minutes and it is usually running within 48 hours.
Who are you?
